Vieceli Hospitality Ltd oversees the operations for six individual bar brands in the greater Christchurch area. Each bar operates as its own distinct unit under the umbrella of the parent company, making consolidated reporting and KPI tracking a real challenge.
The Challenge
"We wanted to have clearer and more concise reporting, especially on KPIs. Managers would be in touch with their numbers, and we needed meaningful breakdowns of these metrics. And we wanted it in a simple format, that they could easily digest."
Debby had tried other analytical tools but they kept falling short. "Xero does not always give us the reports that we need. Then we were using Futrli -- it had potential, but it was challenging to deal with them in Australia. We wanted someone local."
