1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using services provided by 2IQ Limited and 2IQ Solutions Pty Limited (collectively "2IQ"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

2IQ provides technology solutions including but not limited to web application development, data warehousing and analytics, system integration, and AI-powered business intelligence through our MyIQ platform. The specific terms of any engagement are governed by a separate Services Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platforms, software, and deliverables remain with 2IQ unless explicitly transferred in writing. Custom solutions developed specifically for a client may be subject to separate IP arrangements as agreed in the relevant Services Agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2IQ's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding three months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand for New Zealand engagements, and the laws of Australia for Australian engagements.
